Before completing an application, please confirm the following:

Age: You must be 50 years of age or older and/or have a disability. All other additional occupants must be 18 years of age or older.

Income: We operate under the Section 42 Tax Credit Affordable Housing Program, which means total household income must be under one of the following limits based on household size and apartment option available.

   30% Units                                60% Units

- 1 OCCUPANT = $26,250          - 1 OCCUPANT = $52,200
- 2 OCCUPANTS = $30,000        - 2 OCCUPANTS = $60,000



​​​The pre-lease deposit for this property is $500. The following is due at the time of application:
  • ​​$500 pre-lease deposit
  • $20 non-refundable application fee per applicant


Application fees and deposit must be paid the following way:

  • Money order or cashier’s check (payable to Hanley Place Apartments) with a hard copy application (In case of denial, Management cannot cash Money Orders)

 

All applications must be turned in directly to the Rental office at 2221 Hanley Rd Hudson, WI 54016. Please call to make an appointment for drop-off. 

Additional pet deposits and fees may apply. Only fully completed application forms with all fees and security deposits paid will be processed.
